Erha is a London-based wellness brand built for routines that are already full. We create thoughtful, useful products that make daily wellness feel easier: not longer, louder, or more complicated. Every product starts with a simple question: does this actually make someone's day better?

Our first product, Pocket Shots ginger capsules, began with the idea that ginger shots needed an edit. They are powerful in theory, but in real life they can be intense, messy, sugary, perishable, and hard to take consistently.

So we changed the format.

Pocket Shots are ginger shots in capsule form: taste-free, sugar-free, calorie-free, travel-friendly, and made with a standardised gingerol dose. The active part of a ginger shot, without the burn, fridge, or bottle.

Erha sits between science and lifestyle. We care about clear formulas, active ingredients, and transparent dosing: but we also believe wellness should feel desirable, effortless, and chic enough to live outside the medicine cabinet.

We don't invent health trends. We look at what people have already trusted for generations — the ginger tea, the thing your mum swore by — and ask one question: why is it still so inconvenient to actually do daily? Then we fix that. Nothing more.
