Throughout these Terms, "ERHA", "we", "us" and "our" refer to AB GLOBAL LIMITED trading as ERHA. "You" refers to the customer or website user.

2. Our products

ERHA sells food supplements.

Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any information on our website, packaging, emails, or social media is provided for general wellness and educational purposes only.

You should not use our products as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle, or professional medical advice.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please speak to a doctor, pharmacist, or qualified healthcare professional before using our products.

3. Product information

We do our best to make sure that product descriptions, ingredients, images, prices, and availability are accurate and up to date.

However, product packaging, colours, images, and information may vary slightly from what appears on the website. You should always read the product label before use.

If there is an error on our website, we may correct it at any time. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Suitability and safe use

You are responsible for making sure that our products are suitable for you.

Please follow the recommended daily serving stated on the product packaging. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Keep food supplements out of the reach of children. Store products according to the instructions on the packaging.

If you experience any adverse reaction, stop using the product and seek medical advice.

5. Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the product or confirm dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

• the product is unavailable;
• there is an error in the price or product information;
• payment is not authorised;
• we suspect fraud or misuse of our website;
• delivery is not available to your location; or
• we are legally unable to complete the order.

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will refund you.

5a. Pre-orders

Some products, including Drop 01 Pocket Shots, are sold as pre-orders. Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout as a single, one-time payment. There are no deposits, instalments, or further charges.

Pre-orders are expected to dispatch in November 2026. This is an estimate. If we expect a material delay, we will email you with an updated estimate, and you may cancel for a full refund.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing contact@erha.uk with your order number. We will refund the full amount paid, including delivery, to your original payment method within 14 days.

If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Your statutory right to cancel after delivery (section 9) also applies to pre-orders.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change from time to time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods available on our website. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes, promotions, gifts, or offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless stated otherwise:

• discount codes cannot be combined;
• discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed;
• promotions are subject to availability;
• we may withdraw or change promotions at any time; and
• misuse of promotions may result in order cancellation.

8. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Standard UK delivery costs £3.00 and normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Pre-orders are expected to dispatch in November 2026; the delivery estimate starts after dispatch. Delivery options and costs are also shown at checkout.

We will do our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you provided.

9. Your right to cancel

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order at any time from when you place it until 14 days after the day you receive your products, without giving a reason.

To cancel, please contact us at contact@erha.uk with your order number.

You then have a further 14 days from telling us you wish to cancel to send the products back. For an order delivered in separate parcels, the cancellation period begins after you receive the last item. The sealed-product exception in section 10 applies.

10. Returns and refunds

Please keep the product seal intact if you may wish to return it. Email us for return instructions and the appropriate return address; this helps us identify your return and does not make your right to cancel conditional on our approval. Keep proof of postage.

Where a supplement is supplied sealed and is unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply after the seal is broken. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

You pay the direct cost of change-of-mind return postage. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. We do not charge a restocking fee.

For cancellation of the whole order, we refund the price paid and standard delivery charge; any extra cost of premium delivery is not refundable. We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If goods have not been dispatched, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Refunds go to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee. Where the law permits, we may deduct loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Your payment provider may take additional time to display a processed refund.

11. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@erha.uk as soon as possible.

Please include:

• your order number;
• a description of the issue; and
• clear photos of the product and packaging.

If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide the refund, repair or replacement you are entitled to by law and cover reasonable return costs. Photos help us investigate but do not replace or limit your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights.

12. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website.

You must not:

• use the website for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website;
• copy or scrape website content without permission;
• upload harmful code, spam, or malicious content;
• use our website in a way that infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or restrict access to our website if we believe it is being misused.

13. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, images, branding, logos, product names, design, graphics, and other materials, belongs to ERHA or our licensors.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

14. User content, reviews, and social media

If you tag ERHA, mention ERHA, leave a review, or submit content to us, you confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

We may ask for your permission to repost or share your content on our website, social media, email, or marketing channels.

We reserve the right to remove reviews or content that we consider misleading, offensive, unlawful, spam, or inappropriate.

15. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, or their privacy practices. You should read their terms and privacy policies before using them.

16. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights you have under consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• indirect or consequential loss;
• loss of profit, revenue, business, or opportunity;
• website downtime or technical issues;
• delays outside our reasonable control;
• your misuse of our products; or
• failure to follow product instructions.

Our products are sold for personal use only, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

17. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, supply chain issues, natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or changes in law.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version published on our website at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the country where you live.
